Shilpa is a Certified NLP Practitioner, Life Coach & Hypnosis Practitioner of Indian Board of Hypnosis & Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Her interest is in Coaching, Therapy, Training & Counselling.

She is a Spiritual Mindset Coach and Gratitude Trainer. She has done her post-graduation in Psychology from the University of Pune in the year 2012. She has been practising gratitude and mindfulness for the last 3 years and has seen the profound change in herself. Hence, it’s her mission to help people in understanding themselves better and uplift their lives. She has been a participant in various courses on gratitude, mindfulness and energy healing. She wants to apply this knowledge to help people bring a massive change in their lives. She has facilitated various workshops on Gratitude for participants of different ages. She has been teaching Psychology for the last 5 years in various reputed institutions. She is pursuing a PhD on the topic of “The Effect of Gratitude”.
