Yogita Sapra is a certified NLP Practitioner, NLP Coach & Life Coach of IBHNLP – The Indian Board of Hypnosis & Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She is also a Hypnosis Practitioner of IBHNLP. She has completed her Online NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner, NLP Coach & Life Coach Certification program successfully & has shown consistency in whole course procedures. She is certified to use all the tools & techniques of NLP, Hypnosis with the methodologies & the formats of Life Coaching. She is associated with IBHNLP as an NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner, NLP Coach, and Life Coach since July 2021. She is a member of IBHNLP, Delhi Chapter.

Yogita Sapra is a Counselling Psychologist, Certified NLP Practitioner, Life Coach & Hypnosis Practitioner of Indian Board of Hypnosis & Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She is perusing Masters in Clinical Psychology. Her interests are in Therapy, counselling, training, and motivational speaker.

Her Educational qualifications:

• Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology, Amity University, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
• Bachelors of Arts in Applied Psychology, Amity University, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

She has worked as an intern at:

- Amar Jyoti Charitable Trust, Karkardooma, Delhi, she worked with disabled children, she worked at the Psychological Testing unit of the Child Guidance Clinic. Observed the process of assessment and recorded case histories. Observed sessions in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Early Intervention Units.

- Centre for Autism and Disabilities, a special school, where she participated in assessment intervention and counselling sessions of children who were seeking rehabilitation services on regular basis. Participated in academic sessions. Observed sessions in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy

- Juvenile Justice Board, DPO, Noida, she conducted workshops at DPO regarding, Breathing techniques, Muscle Relaxation techniques and Grounding techniques. Conducted assessments and gave them counselling based on the following. She acquired knowledge of building rapport with juveniles and gained insight into their condition.

Her Hobbies:
She loves to work with the youth, empower the youth regarding Mental Health.

After completing NLP Practitioner, Life coaching and Basic hypnosis course –
Yogita Sapra has started coaching young boys and girls who are confused about choosing a career. She uses NLP, Life Coaching and Hypnosis for the betterment of society. She uses all the skills to post counselling therapy and empowering the youth. She conducts workshops, seminars for students on time management, goal setting, motivation, creativity, etc.
