More Information –

Shipra Lamba is a Certified NLP Practitioner, Life Coach & Hypnosis Practitioner of the Indian Board of Hypnosis & Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She has about eight years of corporate experience in Quality Assurance, process training, customer-directed communication training, and auditing with Tata Communications. She is six sigma green belt certified and also has been trained in project management. Presently she is self-employed as a therapist and a counselor. Her interest is in therapy, training, and coaching.

Educational qualifications:

Bachelors in Technology– from M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, U.P.

M.A. in Psychology – from IGNOU, Bangalore

Her Hobbies:

She is a swimmer, reader, and traveler. She loves to work with all age groups. She loves to empower people and motivate young people and women. Her interest is in imparting beneficial life skills to all age groups, especially the youth. So far she has worked with people having stress-related problems, relationship problems, time management, communication problem, self-esteem issues, etc.

After completing NLP Practitioner, Life coaching and Basic hypnosis course -

She plans to integrate NLP concepts along with CBT, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, Interpersonal, Solution-focused approach, and Client-centered approach. Along with being a therapist, she plans to use NLP concepts to train and coach. She aspires to spread more awareness regarding the importance of mental health and well-being for all age groups. She aims to help people bring a balance between work and personal life and provide them with a platform to work on their dreams. She follows the teachings of Buddha, "Be your own light" is her motive when she works with her clients and tries to help them learn and experiment with ways to resolve problems, learn new skills, and live a more balanced life. She is also inspired by the work and attitudes of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, Mother Teresa, Carl Roger, Virginia Satire, Freud, and her own father who is a retired diplomat from the Ministry of external affairs.
