PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
▪ Handling big contracts like supreme and MOD, maintaining and updating on regular basis for any correspondence like the renewal of contract any change in services or payment plan.▪ Preparing letter to the client for due renewals and payment plans of the contract and reporting to the management
▪ checking the status of payments preparing payment requests to the client for the amount due for payment if delayed
▪ Follow up with clients for payment release, checking for the statement and recording the same into the system.
▪ Being the HO preparing payments after verifying documentation for utilities and other expenses bared by offshore site office, recording payment, maintain files and working on cost efficiency.
▪ Assisted in preparing monthly payroll for offshore site referring to time card and maintain files
▪ Assisting in preparation of monthly financials of the company with the seniors
▪ Preparation and monitoring of budget forecasting and reporting to directors
▪ Maintain excel sheet for daily fuel storage and delivery, chasing site office for any variances in the report generated by the site. filling the same
▪ Reviewed and assisted in bank statements and reconcile all discrepancies.
▪ Participate in month-end close activities including the preparation and review of journal entries and review of budget-to-actual reports
▪ Preparing forecast and reporting which requires excellent attention to detail, having some tasks being time-critical accomplished early in the day.
▪ Assisted in preparation of monthly accounts package which includes preparing JVs for accruals of interest on borrowings and expenses, prepayments etc. reconciliation for other payable accounts and MIS for borrowings.
▪ Dealing with banks and preparing bank position, transfer of funds, recording dishonoured cheques in the system and recording these activities in the GL.▪ Preparation of bank reconciliation statements.
▪ Prepare daily records of all banking activity and produce a consolidated report for higher authorities.
▪ Tracking and recording final settlement of lease contracts cancelled and matured in the system.
▪ Assist in preparation of payments vouchers and dispatch to suppliers.
▪ Collect cash from the cashier at the end of the day and ensure deposit with the bank.
▪ Assist in the preparation of cash flow forecasts.
▪ Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops.
▪ Preparing and posting payment vouchers including handling invoices received from suppliers.
▪ Preparing memos/faxes/letters to suppliers/Bank/HO/Site.
▪ Preparing bank reconciliations statements.
▪ Maintaining excel sheet for purchase orders to suppliers & updating regularly.
▪ Maintaining petty cash including recording In GL.
▪ Keeping contacts with purchasing department for urgent purchases.
