Sharmila Salian from Mumbai a certified NLP Master, NLP Trainer, CBT Practitioner, Emotional Intelligence Coach & Life Coach of IBHNLP from Mumbai. A teacher cum counsellor with 20 years of experience in the educational field, mostly dealing with adolescents and teens. She is associated with IBHNLP since 2018.

Sharmila is committed to inspiring students/teachers to develop the confidence and habits they need to make an impact to change themselves to become “the best”. Her teaching philosophy is to provide “practical quality information” that they can use in their day to day life, seasoning it with lots of humour and laughter.

As a life coach, Sharmila is passionate about bringing in concrete solutions and healing to clients who include children, adults and couples, to find the healthy perception of themselves and strengthen their relationship in a peaceful, safe and complete way.

She believes mindfulness in every sphere of life is the key to success. Her interests include yoga, meditation, collecting stamps, gardening and watching Disney and comedy movies. She considers herself a forever student eager to build her skills as an acclaimed “NLP Trainer” and stay in tune with this amazing world through continued learning.
