He is also a Hypnosis Practitioner of IBHNLP. He has completed his Online NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner, NLP Coach & Life Coach Certification program successfully & has shown consistency in whole course procedures. He is certified to use all the tools & techniques of NLP, Hypnosis with the methodologies & the formats of Life Coaching. He is associated with IBHNLP as an NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner, NLP Coach, and Life Coach since February 2021. He is a member of IBHNLP, Pune Chapter.

He is a seamanship and safety trainer with Tolani Maritime Institute He has been serving as Faculty in the nautical department with Tolani Maritime Institute Induri Pune for more than 20 years 

 He is the Record holder of India's book of records for writing and publishing a maximum number of research papers on health and wellness in the year 2020. His research and writing interest range from health and wellness maritime education and training value education Business Coaching, therapy,
