Azam Pasha is a Certified NLP Practitioner, Life Coach & Hypnosis Practitioner of the Indian Board of Hypnosis & Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He is also a Hypnosis Practitioner of IBHNLP. He has completed his Online NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner, NLP Coach & Life Coach Certification program successfully & has shown consistency in whole course procedures. He is certified to use all the tools & techniques of NLP, Hypnosis with the methodologies & the formats of Life Coaching. He is associated with IBHNLP as an NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner, NLP Coach, and Life Coach since February 2021. He is a member of IBHNLP, Telangna Chapter.

MD AZAM PASHA is a certified COAL MINE SURVEYOR of THE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF MINES SAFETY.

He is working in THE SINGARENI COLLIERIES COMPANY LIMITED as a Mine SURVEYOR.

He loves his Company because this company builds a good relationship with Employees for the past 125yrs.

His parents and family relatives all are worked in the same Organization.

His Educational Qualification is Master In Computer application and worked as a Software developer for One Year and After getting the Job in The Singareni Collieries Company Limited he resigned the Job.

His hobbies are making friends and build a good relationship with them.

He is a good mentor in his fieldwork and appropriately trained his subordinates and make a friendly environment with them.

His motto is to give counseling and empowering people.

            And be the part of his organization to motivate the employees in achieving the production and productivity

Story.

Md Azam pasha has Completed his Education(MCA), and start searching for a job for two years. Finally, he got a job with a small package. He was not interested in that job because he was interested to work in Government Organisation.

His Grand Father, father and all family relatives are working in Government Organisation so his mind also creates a visual to work in Government Organisation.

Ultimately his goal is to get a Government Job in SCCL Company. But compared to his educational qualifications there is no designation in that company.

Days are going hard and not interested in his present software Job.

Finally One day he saw the Recruitment add as SURVEYOR(TR) in SCCL on a graduation basis. He applied for that post. And continuing his present software job. Time passed away but the call letter was not issued for a period of 8 months. He was depressed and forgot about that notification. And adjust with the existing job.

After applying for the Govt Job, unexpectedly one year later he got a Call Letter. In that call letter mentioned the exam date. Only Ten Days are left.

He went to Hyderabad (Koti) and purchase a Multiple Objective Previous Model paper Book And started preparation. He bighearted the ten model papers.  And finally, the exam date is coming.

The next day he was fresh up and went to the exam and entered into the exam hall. Two and half hours of exam session was completed. All are leaving the exam center and their faces were nervous. All are saying the exam was very tough. But Imagine his face was glowing with confidence because the question which was given in that exam they were also referred to the same book which he was prepared by him. Before announcing the result only he was confirmed as he got a Job.

One Good thing is In that Company was the Results were published on the same day. So I was eagerly waiting for that day for Result. At 9 pm results were announced and he was Qualified for the Interview. He was very much Happy and Feel great.

The next day he was wake up and Pray Namaz and go to the interview with very confidence. His name was called for an interview and he went into the room and interviewer asked about their company he was very well known about that company because his all relatives family members all are belong to that company. he explained all the things very positively and confidently. Then only the interviewer confirmed as he was selected for this Job. Just imagine that was the moment he felt Happy and happy tears came from his eyes.

He was appointed in that company and enjoying the work happily.

Finally, He Achieved the Government Job.
