Amruta Munkar is a certified NLP Practitioner, NLP Coach & Life Coach of IBHNLP – The Indian Board of Hypnosis & Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She is also a Hypnosis Practitioner of IBHNLP. She has completed her Online NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner, NLP Coach & Life Coach Certification program successfully & has shown consistency in whole course procedures. She is certified to use all the tools & techniques of NLP, Hypnosis with the methodologies & the formats of Life Coaching. She is associated with IBHNLP as an NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner, NLP Coach, and Life Coach since July 2021. She is a member of IBHNLP, Pune Chapter.

• Worked as External project evaluator for ME Civil (Construction & Management) Students
• Created “Success Mantra” a Webinars specially designed for Masters (ME Civil) students
• Acknowledged by PCERF as Padmashree BG Shirke Construction VIDYATRI AWARD 2015-16, in postgraduate civil engineering category for project competitions
• Recognized as a most outstanding paper in “International Conference on Science, Technology & Management, held at YMCA, Connaught Place, New Delhi, 1st February 2015.
• Successfully published paper titled “Need for competency mapping of project managers in Indian construction Sector” in unpaid “International journal of advanced technology in engineering & science” (ISSN 2348- 7550) Volume 08 issued on 2nd February 2015.
• Designed, Developed and implemented successfully 3 days training program for construction project heads, working in 3rd party quality rating company in September 2015
• Assisted 1day leadership development program at MIT Pune in 2015.

Her Story:
When I was working as Lecturer in different engineering institutes in Pune; in the beginning, I was passionate and wanted to teach the best quality education to students. But after few years I started getting worried about the youths I was continuously in touch with. Soon I realized even after getting admission to such good professional courses these students are unable to focus and achieve. I understood the importance of training and counselling for youths and from there the journey began.

With the vision to motivate today’s youths through Training and counselling; who will contribute to making India the world’s largest power, I took a baby step and started ZEN COUNSELING CENTER, which actively works in the field of career counselling. Took few steps more towards vision and excellence in counselling with Certifications in NLP Practitioner, NLP Coach, Life Coach and Hypnosis Practitioner from Indian Board of Hypnosis and Neuro-linguistic programming (IBHNLP).
