Amrita Paul is a certified NLP Practitioner, NLP Coach & a Life Coach of IBHNLP – The Indian Board of Hypnosis & Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She is also a Hypnosis Practitioner of IBHNLP. She has completed her Online NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner, NLP Coach & Life Coach Certification program successfully & has shown consistency in whole course procedures. She is certified to use all the tools & techniques of NLP, Hypnosis with the methodologies & the formats of Life Coaching. She is associated with IBHNLP as an NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner, NLP Coach, and Life Coach since December 2020. She is a member of IBHNLP, Pune Chapter.

She has 16 years of work experience in the field of eLearning / Instructional Design. Her core skills lie in training needs analysis, training solutions consulting, training content development and delivery, and project management. Throughout her career, she has worked for many prominent MNCs, catering to their global clientele for projects specific to Training Design, Development, and Delivery.

Her work-related certifications include:

• Certified Learning & Development Manager, Middle Earth HR
• Certified Software Quality Professional (CSQP), STQC

Her Hobbies:

She enjoys music and old English movies. Animals are her passion. She aims at putting in whatever efforts she can towards animal welfare and environmental conservation.

After completing the NLP Practitioner, Life Coaching, and Basic Hypnosis course –

She aims to apply the learnings primarily in her personal life and on how she interacts with her team (direct subordinates, per say) and customers in her professional life.

At the moment, she is working towards changing her career path from core Instructional Design to Creative Writing and wishes to use NLP as the guide to identify her “life goals” and “purpose of life”.

With interaction with animals and nature also being her passion, she also wishes to apply the NLP and Hypnosis techniques for their betterment.
