Ashwini Rakshe is a certified NLP Practitioner, Life Coach of IBHNLP - Indian Board of Hypnosis & Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She is also a practitioner of Basics of Hypnosis. She has attended NLP Practitioner Training, Hypnosis Practitioner Training and Life Coaching Workshop in Mumbai from 21st May to 26th May 2019.

She is working as a Technical Officer with DRDO laboratory (HEMRL) in Pune. She has an expert in the field of Non-Destructive Testing & Evaluation. She is certified Ultrasonic Tester (level-II) and currently involved in the research of Ultrasonic Technology applied for testing of missiles & various weapon systems of Indian Defense Services.

She also has a skill of Reiki healing and reached to Grand Master Level (Level-III). She is involved in workshops of Reiki healing and contributed in attunement processes conducted by Samarth Reiki Foundation.

As her liking towards creative & multimedia work, she has done Film making a course with Institute of Moving Images (IMI), Mumbai & developed her creative skills in the field of scriptwriting, camera work, shooting, film editing. She has also made and contributed in a few short movies.
