Vibha Kundra is a certified NLP Master, NLP Trainer, CBT Practitioner, Emotional Intelligence Coach & Life Coach of IBHNLP - Indian Board of Hypnosis & Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She is also a Hypnosis Practitioner of IBHNLP. She has completed her NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner & Life Coach Certification program successfully & has shown consistency in whole course procedures. She is certified to use all the tools & techniques of NLP, Hypnosis with the methodologies & the formats of Life Coaching. She is associated with IBHNLP as an NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner, and Life Coach since July 2019. She has also completed her NLP Master, NLP Trainer, CBT Practitioner, Emotional Intelligence Coach & Corporate Trainer Certification Course in February 2020.

Key Deliverables:

• Lead, develop and evaluate a comprehensive in-house programme to meet the end-to-end training needs of all staff
• Plan, coordinate, design and deliver training sessions, using expert presentation, coaching and facilitation skills
• Work with the operations/HR team at other locations to develop and maintain systems and processes to establish and maintain effective training records
• Develop and conduct modules on Voice & Accent, Grammar and Effective Pronunciation
• Conduct L&D modules and Process Training (Verification Process) and for Noida, Manila, Jordan locations via face-to-face or web conferencing
• Optimizing training processes for efficiency through monthly feedback
• Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective
• Coordinate recruitment and placement of training program participants
• Release mailers on weekly basis related to the Professional or Process learning required
• Conducting Behavioural training like Stress Management, Time Management, Self Motivation etc, for Global locations of Dataflow
