Mr. Pravin C. Meshram is a certified NLP Practitioner, Life Coach of IBHNLP - Indian Board of Hypnosis & Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He is also a Hypnosis Practitioner of IBHNLP. He has completed her NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner & Life Coach Certification program successfully & has shown the consistency in whole course procedures. He is certified to use all the tools & techniques of NLP, Hypnosis with the methodologies & the formats of Life Coaching. He is associated with IBHNLP as an NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner and Life Coach since July 2019. He is the member of IBHNLP, Delhi Chapter.

Pravin has a technical qualification but during his job career he followed his passion more than his academic qualification and established himself in the field of training people on public speaking and enhancing communication skill. He has trained Many Customer Service Executives. He has got an overall experience of 10 years in the field Communication Skill, Soft Skill, Personality Development And Motivational Speaking.

          Presently Pravin is working as The Founder Director of QUEST ACADEMY and helping the student as well as persons from many government and private organizations in grooming themselves. Mr Pravin has been working in INSWAY PVT.LTD as Professional Trainer and Consultant since 2019. He was honored with Best Young Certified Public Speaker in New Delhi on May 25, 2109. He has also been invited in many Schools and colleges of Nagpur for giving motivational speeches & seminars. Not only this he has been invited by the district administration to present his seminars, and Career Counseling in many programs.

He has also conducted free seminars in private schools & Colleges of Nagpur like , Shree Santaji College, K.R. Pandav College, Lal Bahadur Shastri School, Prerna  College, D.Y. Patil Engineering College, DB MBA College, Womens B.ed M.ed College, Mahatma Jyotiba College etc. Not only this, He has conducted Motivational seminars, Leadership Development workshop training programs in Direct Selling companies like Vestige, Dream Touch Global India, Innsway Company, Aizen Pvt. Ltd. Communication, Gold Life E-Buz, DDMCL, My Ever Green Future,Rain Mudra Services etc. He not only motivates the students or trainees but also inspire them towards making a goal and achieving it accordingly. As we want to transform the student from a person to a personality. He has been invited by the Health Department to conduct awareness program on Heart Attack and Sugar as a Health Advisor.

He has organized the competitions like Grammar competition at Vidarbha Level with media partner Sakal News Paper, Elocution Contest and the topic was ‘why students Commit to suicide’. Also conducted the workshop on Mind power as well as Parental program.

 The students of various colleges specially of Engineering, Medical, MBA and Polytechnic are facing the same trouble they have knowledge but they don't know how to express it during interviews resulting in the poor placement records of colleges and getting very fewer salary packages. He always helped students in grooming themselves and making them a better personality so that they can make a better carrier and a better future.

          He is doing all this just for the betterment of education for the students as well as the teachers by his Seminars.
