Nilesh Gawde is a certified NLP Master, NLP Trainer, CBT Practitioner, Emotional Intelligence Coach, & Life Coach of IBHNLP - The Indian Board of Hypnosis & Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He is also a Hypnosis Practitioner of IBHNLP. He is associated with IBHNLP as an NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner, and Life Coach since June 2019.

He is an ICF approved CCA Certified Success Coach, Certified Executive
Coach, Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, Certified Organizational Development
Coach & ARCSItect.
He has more than 2 decades of experience in Software Industry out of which 10+ years in
top leadership. He has experience in designing and building large scale software for
domains like Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, HR and managing a team of 100+
professionals. Throughout his tenure He has managed projects at an international level,
through concept to implementation. He has been consultant for various SME’s on
Business process, Social media branding, Employee motivation, satisfaction,
productivity and Change management.
He specializes in areas of self-management, team management and business
management. He is also specialized in coaching individuals, team and organizations for
success and leadership.
Nilesh is also Founder & Director of NGO “Shikshanaayan Foundation” contributing to the community through various education and empowerment projects.
