Kavita Agarwal is a certified NLP Practitioner, Life Coach of IBHNLP - Indian Board of Hypnosis & Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She is also a practitioner of Basics of Hypnosis. She has attended NLP Practitioner Training, Hypnosis Practitioner Training and Life Coaching Workshop in Pune from 25th June to 30th June 2019.

Kavita Agarwal is a homemaker, mother of two and an aspiring life coach. Having ventured in various fields, she has started creative endeavours such as the StandOuts online magazine, a platform for the various architects, designers and suppliers of Pune, and the DressUp clothing store. She has helped her family business as the manager of the accounts department and is a Partner and Director of the Ceratec Group, a multi-asset group involved in the trade of marbles, tiles and sanitary fittings, and lately, construction of residential and business spaces.

Mrs Agarwal is an active member of the creative community, engaging in painting and handicrafts such as knitting, bead jewellery making and more. She is also an extremely spiritually inclined person and has trained to be a Reiki Healer at a young age. She has learned the meditation practice of Vipassana by the Goenka Group.

Kavita is a trusted motivator and supporter, she has always helped and guided her friends and family during times of difficulties and empowered them to overcome challenges. More recently she has trained under Arfeen Khan to be a Life Coach.

6. My Story:

Living in the shadow of my children and husband I forgot I had my own life as well. After my children have departed from home on their journey to gain knowledge, I have started to rediscover my identity and embracing who I am. I’ve dealt with depression and various medical conditions but with the support of my family and counselling, I have come to realize the value of Life and how we can make it simple. I believe my story starts where I start to impart the knowledge I have gained, no matter how minimal, because it is then that I will be impacting others to live happier lives. Being able to aid someone else’s story, I believe, builds my story.  

My first brush with NLP, was when I met Dikshit Sir, he was my mentor who performed various NLP exercises with me and helped rebuild my confidence. I wanted to learn this technique since past 2 years but never prioritized it, till recently on 14th March, when I just decided to do the course, looked up on the internet and found IBHNLP, called Satish Sir and enrolled immediately. The course seminar was planned for June, three months away, but they gave me study material to start and I am glad that I finally started my NLP Journey.
