What issue do I fight against?
You must have heard the word 'Lifestyle Disease.' MedicineNet defines lifestyle disease as 'a disease associated with the way a person or group of people lives. Lifestyle diseases include atherosclerosis, heart disease, and stroke; obesity and type 2 diabetes; and diseases associated with smoking and alcohol and drug abuse.'
Recently WHO published some facts & surveys about 'Lifestyle Disease.' According to this, 41 million people die each year due to 'Lifestyle Diseases', which is equivalent to 71% of all deaths globally. Each year, 15 million people die between the ages of 30 and 69 years; over 85% of these "premature" deaths occur in low- and middle-income countries due to 'Lifestyle Diseases'.
The above mentioned numbers are alarming, not only alarming but also threatening and this worsening conditioning gave me a cause to fight against.
I have been researching this topic for several years and got some proven solutions to make this situation better. I tried all the so-called diets of new world biz Keto, Paleo, Okinawa, Atkins to name a few. But these diets have a problem - the body auto triggers homeostasis. Once it happens one goes back to the original diet. decided to dig deep and access the secret source code or an algorithm that had embedded in it - Secret Ancient Wisdom.
For years I kept trying each of the researched diets and finally, it was a Eureka moment for me. I was able to curate a diet Protocol that systematically cleans, Reboots, and remaps the entire body inside out, without the fear of homeostasis. For this, first I experimented on myself and used this new diet protocol on people around me. The magnitude of results stunned & surprised us. The results of this new protocol affected Reboot physiologically, Psychologically, Physically & Neurologically. After years of hard work, I gave it a form; I made a protocol out of it. How NLP helped me in my Journey?
I have been working in the business domain for more than 30 years. I had a knowledge of my field and of the human psyche. Still, I was searching for a system that would help me to increase my influence and help me express myself more effectively. And NLP has become a gateway to my expressions to a larger extent. I started using NLP tools and techniques in my everyday communication. As my understanding and mastery grew, I started using NLP techniques in my Books, Workshops, & Therapy Sessions. It surprisingly allows me to communicate with myself with relative ease.
To make my communication effective, I use the VAK pathway. VAK stands for
V – Visual,
A – Auditory,
K – Kinesthetic.
On VAK, the NLP explanation goes like this, 'We can't understand this world directly. There is no way to do this. If we want to understand this world, we need to represent this world in our brains. And we represent this world inside us with three major representational systems, we create images (visual), we listen to sounds (auditory) and we feel something in the body (kinesthetic)'. If you want to become influential and establish effective communication, you must understand this system of NLP. Believe me, this understanding helped me a lot to spread my message across the world.'
Apart from VAK, there are other NLP techniques that helped me to become a successful and master communicator, these techniques are:
Milton Model – This is also called conversational hypnosis and one of the major models of NLP. This tool helps you to become a master communicator with increased influence. Here also we use VAK, but it is used in a more elegant way.
State Management – This NLP technique helped me to establish complete control over my Mindset. This technique talks about how to be in 'Peak State'. And this is one of the most important skills you can develop if you want to succeed.
