She is a seasoned professional with a diverse background and a deep understanding of human behaviour, organizational dynamics, and talent management strategies with a strong foundation from her Master of Business Management Degree. She has worked as a Human Resources Manager in MNCs earlier. She has extensive experience in administrative roles. Over the years, she has honed her skills in recruitment, employee development, performance management, and organizational culture enhancement. Her goal is to create workplaces where individuals thrive, teams excel, and organizations flourish. All the IBHNLP team works under her leadership & strategic thinking.
