Successful Completion of IBHNLP’s Online NLP Conclave 2020
The Indian Board of Hypnosis & Neuro-Linguistic Programming (IBHNLP) exists as an autonomous membership-based NLP, Hypnosis, Life Coach, CBT & Emotional Intelligence Coaching & Training Organization established in India in 2010. Our prime focus is on providing the best NLP, Hypnosis & Life Coach Training & Coaching to the individuals for personal & professional transformation.
Our mission at IBHNLP is to help individuals realize their dreams quickly and easily, by teaching them proven tools and technologies of NLP with concrete post-training support, ultimately to enable them to establish a Complete Control over all the aspects of their personal & professional life.
Following that mission statement, IBHNLP has recently organised an ‘Online NLP Conclave - 2020’ for the registered members of IBHNLP. It was a value addition program for the members absolutely FREE of the cost. Following are the highlights of the IBHNLP’s Online NLP Conclave 2020. All training sessions were delivered by Mranal Gupta (Creator of MBNLP and Founder of IBHNLP).
This NLP conclave was held online for two days and there was a different theme for each day.
The Reflective Thinking Model enables individuals to transform their personal and professional life. It helps to remove negative thoughts and simultaneously infuse positivity or positive thoughts. It aids in developing a strategic action plan to achieve dreams or the desired outcome. In short, it helps us control or channelize our thought process and ultimately the results we get in our life. There are two versions of the Reflective Thinking Model, one is used for Conditioning Positive Thought Patterns and the other is used for Removing Negative Thought Patterns.
Following are the 8 parts of the Reflective Thinking Model for conditioning positive thought patterns or a dream.
01. Evidence Hunt
02. Look for Presuppositions
03. Find Out the Brain Processes
04. Explore Contribution
05. Search for Motive
06. Being Aware of the Results
07. Envisage the Ideal Life
08. Design Strategies
Each part of the Reflective Thinking Model contains a set of questions to reflect upon. For example, Evidence Hunt, you as a coach can ask three specific questions to your client for conditioning a positive thought or a dream into his / her neurology.
What evidences do you have in support of this thought?
What are the major aspects of this thought?
What evidences do you have for each of these aspects of this thought?
Likewise, each part of the Reflective Thinking Model contains a specific set of questions, which help clients to see their blind spots in their own thinking and come with new understanding.
In the NLP Practitioner Certification course of IBHNLP, this Reflective Thinking Model is taught in detail. With this model, you can run your coaching sessions smoothly and effectively. As well as you can use this model to control and direct your own thinking.
On the second day, Master Trainer Mranal Gupta discussed the fundamentals of NLP.
He began with the definition of NLP once again. Following is the extract from his session:
“NLP can be defined as a powerful tool to control and direct the brain’s information processing system and to produce the desired outcome in personal and professional life.”
To understand the world around us, we need information about the world. Our senses (touch, sight, hearing, smell, and taste) gather information about this world and send it to the brain. The brain processes the information and creates the internal representation (images, sounds, and feelings) of the processed information. This internal representation in combination with physiology (movements in and of the body) produces thoughts, emotions, or behaviour. Finally, these thought patterns, emotional patterns, and behavioural patterns (habits) become our personality and they determine our destiny.’
NLP basically talks about this information processing system of the brain and provides concrete tools and techniques to change it. In short, with the help of NLP, we can change the brain's automatic information processing style and this will ultimately lead to the creation of a New Personality. That's why, as I mentioned in the beginning, I would like to define NLP as a powerful tool to control and direct the brain’s information processing system and produce the desired outcomes in personal and professional life. This can be done by the various tools and techniques of NLP.
Then, he explained 3 major tools of NLP:
1. Submodalities
2. Meta Model
3. Milton Model

Finally, it’s always something new with Master Trainer Mranal Gupta. His glimpses & simple day to day examples made these sessions a great learning experience for all participants. Though it was an Online NLP Conclave this year, everyone in the session could feel the presence of Master Trainer. With some practical experiments, case studies & questionnaires, Online NLP Training became a memorable event for all of us. It was a wonderful experience for everyone.
As per IBHNLP’s mission statement, ‘Creating a Better World Through NLP, Hypnosis & Life Coaching!’, we will strive hard to add value to the lives of our Ex-NLP Practitioners.
