PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Project Construction Manager & Maintenance at Pune Club Golf Course (18 Hole), Yerwada, Pune, Maharashtra. September 2015 to October 2016.

Renovation & upgradation of 18 holes – including greens, tee boxes fairways & Roughs with the maintenance of grass. Was involved with tournament setup on opening of golf course.

The design of course is by Australian Architect Mr Phil Ryan. Greens were renovated & maintenance with the base of Thai techniques.

Project Construction & Maintenance Manager at Kimmane Golf Club: Shimmoga,

Karnataka November 2012to May 2015

It’s an Executive 9 Hole Golf Course in 58 Acres Design of Pacific Course Design (PCD), India.

Managing & maintenance of all routine golf practices, maintenance equipment & budget, training new on ground crews in the maintenance of golf course.

Started on Nov 2012: Staking of the golf course, bulk earthworks, final shaping of the golf course,

drainage, grassing and grow-in maintenance, oversee of Irrigation execution works of sprinklers marking and pump house installation.

 

Project Construction Manager at Blue Ridge Golf Course-Paranjape Schemes-

Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra. September 2011 to October 2012

It is a nine hole par 3 executive golf course with 250 Yard driving range facilities designed by Pacific Coast Design (PCD), India: Successively managed & maintained all golf course construction activities and grow in the maintenance of golf course till playable condition.

Gurgaon: From August 2009 to August 2011.

Unitech Grande (9 Hole Golf Course in 55 Acres on Express Highway Noida.) by Pacific Course Design (PCD), India.

Construction manager of 9 hole golf course with all golf features including lakes (4Nos) Par 3 Nine Hole Golf course for Unitech Group at Greater Noida: construction manager for the entire construction work & grassing stage.

Par 3 Six Hole Golf for Unitech Group in Gurgaon. The construction manager for the entire construction work to grassing.

Project Construction Manager Oxford Golf & Country Club (18 hole Golf course with

driving range) Lavale Village, Pune, Maharashtra: Feb 2005 to July 2009:

Started in Feb 2005 worked as Construction Manager of the golf course from the initial survey stage till completion of the project for a play, designed Pacific Course Design (PCD), India.

Handled full bulk earthworks of 6, 00,000cum of earthworks which had 4,00,000cum hard rock cutting and all further feature construction activities of golf course construction.

Worked with Robert Cairns of Pacific Coast Design for final shaping of bunkers, greens and initial grow in the maintenance of golf course.

2002 to January 2005:
