In a recent intensive workshop for Sales Team of Max Life Insurance, one of the attendees asked how to go about improving his sales technique.  This is the reply I gave to him. “Your clients come in, they have needs and they're always going to make decisions. I mean that's the nature of your clients, they come in and when you ask them, "What do you want?" they have to make a decision. I do it all the time because my clients that are coming in, most of them don't really know what they need and I know that right off the bat. If they knew what they need, they wouldn't be here in the first place. This is an interesting time when the world is facing economic turmoil, but decoding new opportunities for survival. Those who are in the Sales profession, always find themselves with their back against the wall.
